Black Swan was first established in 2000 under the brand name Sparkle Dry Cleaners at City Centre, Thrissur. It pioneered in Kerala the use of sophisticated and specialized garment-care technology for scientific and authentic Dry Cleaning and Fabric care. Sparkle was rebranded in 2010 as Black Swan. All garments are processed and cleaned centrally through it's modern factory at Mundur, Thrissur, which uses USA and Italian imported machinery, employees expert staff and imbibes industry best practice processes to consistently produce high quality and the most comprehensive garment care service in Kerala.
A new 10,000 sq ft state-of-the-art eco-friendly factory is being setup at Kodakara, Thrissur, through which it also plans to cater to institutional businesses. Black Swan plans to extend it's chain of stores to 50 by 2013.
Along with industry trained staffs ,we have stores with modern amenities to serve our customer and to feel our brand promise and brand identity .
We have a dedicated management team to co-ordinate the transportation and logistics process between all of our stores and to customer etc.
State of the art factory can process 18 tonnes a day ,We have no compromise in hygiene factors . All dress care equipments are foreign made and we are using only imported solvents,detergents,chemicals which is not harmful for human beings.
